M&M Development is currently working on projects in both Camden and Newark. They include;
Another home ownership project down the street from Harmony Square located on Mt. Pleasant Ave. A renovation / addition of a distinctive brick apartment building, this project will consist of 6 town homes for sale.
Also in Newark M&M is currently rehabilitating 3 homes that were damaged during Hurricane Sandy. The buildings will provide seven new rental units.
In Camden, The City has named M&M as designated Developer for the historic "Pierre" building Located at 302-306 Cooper Street. This unique Art Deco Building is over 100 years old and once contained 42 small Apartments. The renovation will provide 29 spacious market rate apartments adjacent to the Rutgers University campus. Slated to start this spring.
