Harmony Square

The Broad Street project will begin in August and is located in the North and Central Wards.  M&M Development will restore an Art Deco style building located at 98 Broad Street that was destroyed by a fire 50 years ago.  Apartments@ Harmony Square will be an elevator building restored with all it original arcitetural detail and will feature a gym, a roof with solar panels and will be built with modern green features.  The building will contain 10 Special needs units and 6 market rate units.

Condominiums@Harmony Square will be built from the ground up on an empty lot.  The building will come with access to the gym at 98 Broad Street and will also be built with modern green features.  Of the 24 units 9 will be affordable and 15 will be emerging market.  The second phase will be 23 units with 3 affordable. Both will be new construction to be built on the corner of Oriental st. and 3rd ave.
