Homestead Park is a very small park nested in the middle of a block in the Clinton Hills section of Newarkâs South Ward. Homestead Park Road winds around the park creating a secluded and cozy neighborhood. M & M built beautiful duplexes with a strong Victorian flavor to complement the existing housing stock. M & M Development is proud to have Mayor Cory Booker calling one of these buildings his home since 2006.
